Jili Super Terms and Conditions – Rules for Philippine Players

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the Jili Super website and any of its associated services, you confirm that you have read, fully understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This agreement is effective immediately upon your first use of the platform, whether or not you have yet completed registration.

Account Security

• Log out after each session, especially on shared or public devices.
• Report any unauthorised access to your account immediately via support.
• Update your contact information if it changes to ensure account recovery remains possible.

Any activity carried out using your login credentials is your responsibility until you formally report a security breach to Jili Super support. Jili Super is not liable for losses resulting from you sharing your login details with another person.

Account Verification (KYC)

Jili Super may at any time request documentation to verify your identity, age, or payment method ownership. Commonly requested documents include a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure. This process is required by applicable regulations and is in place to protect all members.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

Jili Super processes all financial transactions in Philippine pesos (₱). All deposited funds are credited to your Jili Super account balance and used for participation in games and betting activities on the platform.

Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to having completed account verification and met any applicable wagering requirements related to active bonuses. Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received. VIP members at Gold tier and above benefit from priority processing. Withdrawal timelines vary by payment method and are subject to your bank or wallet provider's own processing schedule.

Gameplay Rules & Conduct

• Bonuses can only be claimed by eligible Jili Super members unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviours are strictly prohibited on Jili Super. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the relevant authorities where required:

• Registering multiple accounts or allowing another person to operate an account on your behalf.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the platform.

Jili Super actively monitors accounts for suspicious activity. If an investigation is opened, the account in question may be temporarily restricted pending the outcome. Jili Super cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory bodies in any investigation.

Limitation of Liability

Jili Super provides its services on an "as is" basis and makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, Jili Super shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, income, or anticipated savings arising from use of the platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss not directly caused by Jili Super's own negligence.
• Service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure, payment providers, or force majeure events.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by the player's failure to protect their credentials.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by Jili Super's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law. In all other cases, Jili Super's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the net deposits made to your account in the six months prior to the claim.

Privacy and Personal Data

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or in connection with your use of Jili Super — including its games, services, promotions, or payments — shall first be referred to Jili Super's customer support team for resolution through informal negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of it being raised, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
