Introduction
Jili Super is committed to protecting the personal data of every member who uses our platform. This Privacy Policy has been written in straightforward English to help Filipino players understand exactly what happens to their information from the moment they register an account to the time they stop using the service.
This policy applies to all information collected through the Jili Super website, mobile experience, and any related communications. By creating a Jili Super account or continuing to use the platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy. If you do not agree with how your data is handled, please do not register or continue using the service.
Jili Super handles personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and its implementing rules. We take that legal obligation seriously and have put practical security and access controls in place to back it up.
Plain language commitment: This policy is written to be read, not avoided. If any section is unclear, reach out to our support team before registering. Understanding how your data is used is a reasonable expectation, and Jili Super respects that.
02
Data We Collect from Jili Super Members

- Network data: IP address, general geographic location inferred from IP, and ISP information.
- Usage data: pages visited, games accessed, session duration, bet history, and feature interactions on the platform.
- Technical logs: error logs, response times, and access records used to maintain platform stability and investigate issues.
We do not collect: biometric data, social media profile information, or any data unrelated to the legitimate operation of the Jili Super gaming platform. Collection is limited to what is genuinely necessary.

Legal Bases for Processing
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act, Jili Super must have a valid legal basis for every type of personal data processing it conducts. The bases applicable to Jili Super's activities are:
- Contractual necessity: processing required to provide the services you registered for, including account management, game access, and transaction processing.
- Legal obligation: processing required to comply with Philippine gaming regulation, financial laws, and anti-money laundering requirements.
- Legitimate interest: processing for fraud prevention, platform security, and responsible gaming monitoring, where these do not override your fundamental rights.
- Consent: for any processing not covered by the above — such as certain analytics or communications — where we will ask for your explicit agreement and allow you to withdraw it at any time.
05
When and How We Share Your Data
Jili Super does not share personal data indiscriminately. Sharing only takes place where it is strictly necessary for the delivery of the service or required by law. The categories of recipients who may receive your data are:
Payment Processors
To process deposits and withdrawals in Philippine pesos, Jili Super works with certified payment service providers. These processors receive only the transaction and identity data they need to complete the payment — no more. They operate under strict data handling agreements and applicable Philippine payment regulations.
Identity Verification Partners
Verifying your identity and age may involve a third-party KYC service. This partner receives the specific documents and data needed to complete verification. Their access is limited to that purpose, and they are bound by confidentiality obligations.
Regulatory and Government Authorities
Where required by Philippine law, regulation, court order, or the direction of a competent government authority, Jili Super may be required to disclose specific account or transaction information. This is not discretionary — it is a legal obligation.
Platform Technology Providers
Some platform infrastructure services — such as hosting, analytics, and security monitoring — are provided by technology partners. These providers process data only under Jili Super's instructions and in accordance with binding data processing agreements.
What we do not do: Jili Super does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We do not share your information with unaffiliated marketing companies or data aggregators. Every sharing arrangement exists only to make the Jili Super service work properly and safely for you.
06
Payment Data and Philippine Peso Transactions
All financial transactions on Jili Super are conducted in Philippine pesos (₱). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through Philippine payment channels including GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO online banking, BPI online banking, UnionBank, Visa, and Mastercard.
Jili Super does not store full card numbers, CVV codes, or complete bank account numbers on our own systems. Payment data is tokenised and handled by our certified payment processor partners. What Jili Super does retain is a transaction reference, the method used, the amount in PHP, and the timestamp — the minimum needed for account records and regulatory reporting.
All payment methods used must be registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party payments are not permitted. This rule exists to protect you from unauthorised account activity and to comply with anti-money laundering requirements under Philippine law.
- Card and wallet data is tokenised — raw payment credentials are never stored on Jili Super servers.
- Payment processors used by Jili Super are required to hold valid certifications and comply with applicable Philippine financial regulations.
- Transaction records are retained for the period required by law and then securely deleted or anonymised.

How Long We Keep Your Data
Jili Super does not keep personal data longer than necessary. Retention periods are determined by the purpose for which the data was collected and by applicable legal requirements under Philippine law.
- Active account data: retained for the lifetime of your Jili Super account plus any legally mandated period after closure.
- Transaction and financial records: retained for a minimum of five years after the transaction date, in line with Philippine anti-money laundering requirements.
- Identity verification documents: retained for the period required by KYC regulation and then securely deleted.
- Support correspondence: retained for three years from the date of the last interaction.
- Anonymised analytics data: may be retained indefinitely in aggregated, non-identifiable form for platform improvement purposes.
When data has reached the end of its retention period, Jili Super deletes or irreversibly anonymises it. Deletion is performed securely so that the information cannot be reconstructed.
09
How Jili Super Secures Your Information
Jili Super applies technical and organisational measures proportionate to the sensitivity of the data we hold. These measures are designed to protect against unauthorised access, accidental loss, disclosure, or destruction.
- Encryption in transit: all data transmitted between your device and Jili Super is encrypted using TLS (HTTPS). Unencrypted connections to the platform are not permitted.
- Encryption at rest: sensitive personal data stored on Jili Super servers — including identity information and payment references — is encrypted in storage.
- Access controls: internal access to personal data is restricted to authorised staff who need it to perform their specific job functions. Access is logged and reviewed.
- Password storage: account passwords are never stored in plain text. They are hashed using a strong one-way algorithm before storage.
- Anomaly monitoring: automated systems monitor for unusual login behaviour, payment activity, and other signals of potential account compromise.
Your role in security: Jili Super's measures protect our systems, but account security also depends on you. Use a strong, unique password, do not share your login with anyone, log out on shared devices, and report suspicious activity immediately. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support without delay.
In the event of a personal data breach that poses a risk to your rights, Jili Super will notify the National Privacy Commission (NPC) within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, and will notify affected members as soon as reasonably practicable, in line with the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act.
10
Your Data Rights as a Philippine Member
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have specific rights over the personal data Jili Super holds about you. These rights are real and exercisable — not just listed for legal compliance. Here is what each right means in practice:
Right to Access
You can request a copy of the personal data Jili Super holds about you, along with information on how it is being used and with whom it has been shared.
Right to Correction
If any of your data is inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete, you can request that Jili Super corrects or updates it. Some corrections require identity verification first.
Right to Erasure
You may request deletion of your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purposes it was collected, subject to legal retention requirements that may override this.
Right to Object
You can object to certain types of processing — such as processing based on legitimate interest — where you have grounds relating to your particular situation.
Right to Restriction
In certain circumstances you can request that Jili Super restricts the processing of your data — for example, while a correction request is being reviewed.
Right to Complain
If you believe Jili Super has not handled your personal data correctly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines.
To exercise any of these rights, contact Jili Super support with a clear description of your request. We will verify your identity before processing the request and will respond within the timeframe required by the Data Privacy Act. Requests are handled free of charge unless they are manifestly unfounded or excessive.
11
Minors and Age Restriction
Jili Super is strictly an adult platform. The service is not intended for, directed at, or available to persons under the age of 21 in the Philippines. Jili Super does not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
If we become aware that personal data has been collected from a person who is under the minimum age, that account will be suspended immediately, any pending transactions will be cancelled, and the data will be deleted as soon as legally permissible.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child may have registered on Jili Super without your knowledge, please contact support immediately with the relevant account details so we can investigate and take action promptly.
12
Changes to This Privacy Policy
Jili Super may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data practices, new regulatory requirements, or improvements in how we communicate with members. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
For significant changes that affect how your data is used or your rights as a member, Jili Super will make a reasonable effort to notify registered members via account notification or email prior to the change taking effect.
Your continued use of Jili Super after a policy update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend bookmarking this page and reviewing it periodically, especially after receiving a notification from us.
Transparency is ongoing: This policy will always be accessible from the footer of every Jili Super page. If a change affects your data rights in a way that concerns you, you can exercise your rights as described in Section 10 or contact our support team for clarification before accepting the updated terms.
